Situated in the heart of the village and close to the harbour and beach, the old distillery has been imaginatively converted into three apartments: a studio (with separate bedroom) and a two bedroomed apartment, both at garden level, with a two bedroomed apartment upstairs featuring a spacious terrace.

Each garden-level apartment has a shaded patio leading onto another large terrace extending the full length of the house, with a barbeque built against the boundary wall.

The exciting design of these three modern apartments on the upper two levels of this house in the village has afforded them outstanding views over the sea and countryside around Es Calo from terraces situated at the front and rear of each apartment. This enables the sun to be enjoyed in the apartments from sunrise to sunset.

These lovely villas are set amongst the pines with their terraces leading onto sand shaded from the summer sun.
Here you can enjoy your own privacy, with the village, harbour and beach of Es Calo only a short distance away. Small, sandy bays set on a rocky coast can be reached in a couple of minutes through the pine grove.

Ses Platgetes Beach Bungalows

Ses Platgetes is a cluster of three, one bedroom bungalows uniquely situated nestling in the dunes on the beach of Es Calo with lovely sea views from their terraces.

They are ideal for beachcombers and naturists as they offer the ability to stroll from terrace to sea and live an outdoor life.
There are sun beds, and the possibility of having a barbecue at your bungalow.

Miguel’s Apartment
(just off the photo at the top of the page to the right)

With its own entrance by stairs leading from the ground level onto the roof terrace, this apartment is on the top floor of Miguel’s villa which is located right next to the busy road leading from San Fernando to La Mola, and opposite the beach of Es Calo. It is also next to the parking area for the beach which can get busy during the day so please be aware that it is not a quiet location at times.

From the spacious terrace, wide panoramic views can be enjoyed out to the sea extending from the cliffs of Cala en Baster in the west, to the majestic headland of La Mola in the east. Sunbathing is possible on the terrace which also offers a great vantage point to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
The owners, Miguel and Maria, live downstairs and make you feel most welcome whilst fully respecting your privacy.
