The Migjorn coastline is made up of a succession of coves and beaches, each with its own distinctive character and appeal, separated by rocky outcrops. To walk along this beach is a delight, with so much to see, such a variety of bays and dunes to explore and with breathtaking views out to sea and over the headlands of Es Cap and La Mola. |

Voga Mari Bungalows Voga Mari bungalows are located towards the central area of Migjorn beach. Their position on the dunes gives each bungalow a nice view of the sea. From the bungalows, a path leads directly to the beach which is 100 metres away. The Voga Mari restaurant is situated in front of the bungalows, close to the sea, and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner from 10am to 10pm. The island villages of San Fernando, Es Pujols, Es Calo and the capital San Francisco are only 5 to 9 km distant. |

Ferrer Apartments, studio and bungalow The Ferrer Apartments aand bungalow are situated in the beautiful area of Es Mal Pas, a quiet hamlet nestling at the western end of Migjorn Beach, at the foothills of the unspoilt Cap de Barbaria peninsular. This is a peaceful, countryside location close to the beach and tucked away amongst the cultivated fields and pine groves but is only 2.7km from San Francisco. Lovely walks can be enjoyed from the apartments down to the beach where there is a delightful beach bar, through the pine groves or along the cliff top up onto the wild Cap from where you can take in the spectacular views along the full span of Migjorn beach with the back drop of the majestic plateau of La Mola rising in the distance. Wild goats roam the Cap and it is covered in trees and flowers with torrents cutting through the rock to open out at the cliff edge. In this rural area, you can experience the true feeling of Formentera, well away from the main roads but close enough to reach the beaches and villages of the island with ease. These are really nice properties which offer a restful holiday base but are not far from all that Formentera has to offer. The ApartmentsThe apartments are set just on the edge of open fields to the left of the track leading to the Paraiso de Los Pins Apartments. They are a group of six with five on the garden level and one upstairs. The layout allows for a nice movement of cooling air through each apartment and they are comfortable on the hottest of days. A footpath leads through the garden to the swimming pool of Paraiso which can be used by the guests of Ferrer Apartments. A supermarket and restaurant are only 300 metres away; the beach is 450 metres and San Francisco 2.7 km. We can arrange bicycle, scooter or car hire and they will be delivered to your apartment. The apartments are comfortable and well furnished for holiday living. They are cleaned twice a week with a change of towels and sheets are changed weekly. If you need any more services, help or advice during your holiday all you have to do is ask the owner, Paquita, she is always delighted to give any assistance required. The Bungalow The bungalow is opposite the apartments and comprises 2 adjoining bungalows, each with one bedroom. Set in their own gardens with open views acros the fields, these are delightful holiday homes. They have an connecting inside door which can be opened to make a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow. Accommodation Studio apartment sleeps 2 One bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 Bungalows sleep up to 4 but with the possibility of taking 2 adjacent bungalows with adjoining door to make a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit sleeping up to 8. Each apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, a kitchenette with electric cooker and fridge, a lounge/dining room with 2 sofa beds, and TV. The studio has the beds in the living area without a separate bedroom. Each apartment and bungalow has its own terrace. Five apartments are on the garden level and one on the first floor. The bungalows are set in their own garden. |

They have a new exterior and new interiors including a luxury kitchen and bathroom. Large aluminium windows have been fitted to all the rooms and the terrace doors are full size sliding windows. The bedrooms have double beds and the terraces have been extended as decking into the garden areas. Air conditioning has been installed throughout and flat screens fitted with satellite tv. The gardens have been re-designed to enable better sea views and the plants re-positioned to give space and light for relaxing in the sun. The new owners are determined to make your holiday experience here unforgettable. From the bungalows, a path leads directly through the dunes to the beach. A selection of shops and restaurants are only 600m away in Can Mari with the excellent, family-run, Real Playa restaurant just 200 metres along the beach. There is a barbeque in the garden and a large, tiled dining table for ‘al fresco’ meals under the sun or stars. The quiet sea- front position, peaceful atmosphere and comfortable accommodation make Talaya an ideal location for a beach holiday. Each of the two buildings comprises five bungalows with one bedroom, and two studio bungalows (the beds are in the living room, there is no separate bedroom.
